INGREDIENTS
400 grams of flour
250 grams of brown sugar
15 gr of powdered green tea
6 gr of yeast
salt
200 gr of cold butter
1 egg
30 ml of milk
PREPARATION
Mix the flour, sugar, tea, salt, yeast and cold butter into small pieces in a planetary mixer at low speed until you obtain the so-called "sandblasting". Add the egg, milk and operate the mixer until you get a ball. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 4/5 mm. Cut the biscuits into the shapes you prefer, arrange them on baking paper in a baking tray and bake at 170 ° for 15 minutes, halfway up the oven. Remove from the oven and wait until they have cooled and solidified before moving them. Then the cookies will be ready to be enjoyed.
Have a good tea break!
