PUMPKIN BISCUITS

INGREDIENTS for 25 biscuits

65 g of granulated sugar

85 g of pumpkin cooked in the oven

215 g of flour 00
1 egg
50 g of oil

1 teaspoon of baking powder for cakes

Powdered sugar to taste


PREPARATION

  • Beat the egg with the oil and sugar. Mash the pumpkin with the potato masher. Add the pumpkin, flour and baking powder and mix.
  • Wet your hands with seed oil and make balls no bigger than a walnut. Place them on a sheet of baking paper in the oven pan.
  • Sprinkle the icing sugar with a pass and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
